Ladled by hand, this rich and creamy brie style soft cheese is aged for up to 8 weeks in Suffolk by Jonny and Dulcie Crickmore. A sell out from day one at grate, this has wonderful mushroom notes, full of buttery richness, and is smooth and delicate. We like to say that Baron Bigod is never not perfect!
Available as whole cheeses in 250g, 1kg and 3kg sizes. All other sizes will be a cut piece from a larger round.
