Raclette (France, cow, unpasteurised)

Who doesn't love melted cheese?  This is the quintessential winter treat, sliced thickly and melted over your choice of meats or vegetables.  Gooey, slightly stinky, and you'll eat more than you thought....we can also lend you a raclette machine for free!

Recommended 150g per person. Please also let us know if you'd like it sliced into portion sized slices - no extra charge!!
