Yoredale (Yorkshire, cow, unpasteurised, suitable for vegetarians)

Made in a tiny dairy in Wensley, this is England's only raw milk Wensleydale. Buttery, crumbly and completely unlike it's mass produced wax-wrapped cousin, this cheese is one of the reasons we do what we do - supporting small producers making exceptional cheeses. (Formerly known as Old Roan)
